From a professional perspective this also enables the client to feel safe after a session without sitting in traffic before or after a session it is instant and a healthy self care plan can be managed before, during and after every session.
I also offer face to face counselling, this again is very important for some clients to have that human connection, there are many reasons for this and some clients are unable to do online counselling for a number of reasons. I also offer a mix of both online and face to face depending on what the clients needs are.
